Mondena was a great host and made sure we were well informed before we got there. The apartment was perfectly placed, within walking distance to the old town and all the tourist attractions and restaurants. The apartment was really well equipped with everything you could possibly need and the views across the harbour were amazing! Would definitely recommend her apartment and would love to come back one day!

Comfortable and well designed apartment with a lovely balcony. Ideal for the old town and found parking easy at the front very close by (small charge). Comfy bed and very clean and tidy. Thanks, this was ideal, just what we needed.

This is the nicest apartment we've ever stayed in!! The view from the balcony is stunning, especially at sunset. So central, with a scenic 5 min walk to the old town. Modena was super helpful, excellent communication and even left some super food and activity recommendations. The pictures dont do this place justice. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Luxurious apartment with a perfect vista. Well equipped kitchen, easy to cook and lovely to dine outside on the balcony. Easy walk into old town (2 mins). Zadar is a nice, friendly and safe city with lots of restaurants, bars and history.

We absolutely loved loved loved this apartment! Fantastic view, wonderful location and everything you would need. 5 minutes walk from the old town and sitting on the balcony watching the goings on in the port was a special kind of joy 😁.

Modena was fantastic, everything was communicated easily and quickly and was extremely helpful. We will be back!

Perfect apartment, very convenient location being a 5 minute walk to the old town and with a mini supermarket practically downstairs. Lovely views from the two balconies. Bed and sofa bed were both spacious and comfortable. Kitchen very well equipped. We had a fantastic stay, would highly recommend if you’re coming to Zadar.

Mondena’s place exceeded our expectations- the pictures are beautiful and the real thing is even better! The balconies are perfect for relaxing and watching people and the harbor…and sunsets! Close to everything, very walkable to all points in old town. Mondena is a great host, responsive and great local recommendations. The apartment is perfectly outfitted and super comfortable.

We loved staying here! The views of the old city and the harbor are outstanding . The apartment is clean and fresh and Mondena was very responsive to our questions.

Everything is nearby, including bars, bakeries, a grocery store, and the bridge to the old city. We would love to come back!!

Modern, spacious, well equipped with fabulous views over the marina, the islands and the sunset over the sea.

5 min walking distance across the river to the town and harbour to catch cruises and buses to the airport. Handy shop downstairs for necessities.

Comfortable bedroom with air conditioning (however, no air conditioning in main room).

We had a very nice stay here. We didn't arrive until 1am as our flight was delayed. The self-check-in still went smoothly, thanks to the very detailed instructions from Mondena. Thanks for that!

The apartment is great clean and cozy. Overlooking the two balconies, the two balconies are great! To the old town it is only a few steps to walk across the bridge, and you are in the middle of the action. Right next to the apartment you can find a small supermarket and a cafe where you can have a good breakfast. All in all a nice stay and highly recommended.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt hier. Wir kamen erst um 1.00 Uhr nachts an, da unser Flug Verspätung hatte. Der Self-Check-In lief trotzdem reibungslos, dank den sehr detaillierten Anweisungen von Mondena. Danke dafür!

Die Wohnung ist super sauber und gemütlich. Die Aussicht von den beiden Balkonen ist großartig! Zur Altstadt sind es nur ein paar Schritte über die Brücke zu laufen, und schon ist man mitten im Geschehen. Direkt neben der Wohnung gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt und ein Café, in dem man gut frühstücken kann. Alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt und sehr zu empfehlen.

Our family of 4 stayed for 3 nights in the apartment. It was in a perfect location for the old town and had great views. We had everything we needed in the apartment and it was very clean. Would recommend!

A fab stay here! Modena was unable to meet us for check in but her instructions were clear and we followed them easily.

We had a few questions before our arrival and responses were fast and helpful. The apartment was impeccable. Bright, airy, spacious, super clean. Two balconies, fourth floor with corner aspect. Both with views to the old town (across the water) and amazing sunsets! One has a table and chairs for eating and a little sofa and the smaller balcony has a small table and two chairs. The kitchen - very well equipped. We ate out apart from a couple of lunches on the balcony as many bars/restos 5-20 mins walk away. Small supermarket underneath.

Separate toilet and bathroom - excellent shower. (No toiletries, but good towels and hand soap.) Good hairdryer. Bring your own beach towels.

Choice of pillows for bed (king size) and loads of storage (inc plenty coat hangers). Good wifi and excellent aircon in bedroom.

Would 100 percent recommend and would deffo return. Thank you!

A perfect place to stay with a view of the old town, the harbour and the setting sun from not one, but two balconies!

Supermarket downstairs, bakery 2 minutes walk away, old town 5 minutes walk away.

Zadar is small and beautiful with beaches in walking distance (jellies imperative), boat trips to the islands and more beaches, bike trip to Nin, bus trip to Šibenik and much more. As for the sea and the mountains…

Mondena was the perfect host. The apartment was clean and extremely well-equipped (including a dishwasher and a washing machine)! We will recommending to all of our friends!

Apartment is in an amazing location, short walk from the old town. Despite there being lots of apartments within the building it was very quiet.
The inside of the apartment is modern and very clean.
All communication was very quick and helpful.

Beautiful apartment, with 180-degree sea views (2 terraces), and located a 5-min walk from the old town!

We did an independent check-in, thanks to the detailed information received by Mondena beforehand: Explanations, photos, map of the city, etc. If we had any questions, the answer was almost immediate.

The apartment is spacious, clean, light and comfortable. The building is large, but particularly quiet. There is also free parking in front of the building, very convenient knowing that the surrounding streets are for a fee.

In short, if you are going to Zadar (short or long stay), we warmly recommend Mondena's apartment!

L'appartement est spacieux, propre, lumineux et confortable. Le bâtiment est grand, mais particulièrement calme. Il y a également un parking gratuit devant l'immeuble, très pratique sachant que les rues aux alentours sont payantes. En résumé, si vous vous rendez à Zadar (court ou long séjour), nous vous recommandons chaleureusement l'appartement de Mondena!

This aparment was amazing. Best part first: The view is stunning - the location is central. The next supermarket is 1 min away. It was very clean ... i would totally book it agsin! The only downside i can think of was that is has a second bslcony which is shared with the aparment next door for safety reasons we kept our blinds in our bedroom close.
